During this CompTIA Project+ course you will learn the basics of project management such as managing and leading projects. You will learn what kind of project management information you need to manage a successful project in your organization.

You will learn about risk planning and documentation of planning a project. Finally you will get an overview of Agile methodologies.

Among subjects that covered are adaptive life cycles, scope, RACI matrix, SWOT, SCRUM and far more.
