In this course you will learn the basics of jQuery. You will learn how to integrate jQuery and learn how jQuery makes DOM manipulation easy. You will also learn about event handling, manipulating events, introduction AJAX. Finally you will learn about some of the most useful widgets as well how jQuery UI help animate the elements of your web page.

Introduction to jQuery
- start the course
- describe the differences between jQuery and jQuery UI and how they are used to create dynamic web sites
