With the SSCP certificate you demonstrate that you have the advanced technical skills and knowledge to implement, monitor and manage the IT infrastructure using best practices, policies and procedures established by cyber security experts from (ISC )².
The SSCP course covers the seven IT security domains as defined in the SSCP Certified Body of Knowledge:
- Access Controls
- Security Operations and Administration
- Risk Identification, Monitoring, and Analysis
- Incident Response and Recovery
- Cryptography
- Network and Communications Security
- Systems and Application Security
Result
After following the course you have broad knowledge of the different IT security domains that the SSCP certificate prescribes. You are also fully prepared to successfully complete the SSCP certification exam.
Prerequisites
You have general IT knowledge. It is an advantage if you have some practical experience in most of the subjects. To obtain the certification, you must be able to prove that you have at least 1 year of practical experience in at least one of the domains.

The only thing you need to use our practice labs is a web browser. In the LiveLab environment you will find exercises which you can start immediately. The lab enviromentconsist of complete networks containing for example, clients, servers,etc. This is the ultimate way to gain extensive hands-on experience.
