Do you want to obtain the official ITIL® Foundation v4 certification? Then this is the training for you. This course is approved by the certifying party AXELOS Limited and offers you an optimal preparation for the exam.
In this online ITIL® Foundation training you will learn all the basics and core concepts from ITIL V4. ITIL is the internationally recognized toolset and the reference framework for organizing management processes within the ICT organization. In addition to an introduction to ITIL, this training course goes through the complete toolset.
ITIL is for everyone who is active in the IT world such as IT staff, IT managers, project managers and service desk staff.
With the ITIL Foundation certification you demonstrate the knowledge that is described in the Service Life Cycle, as described in the 5 ITIL core books:

- Service design
- Service Transition
- Service production
- Continuous service improvement

Result

To supplement this training course you may add a special practice lab. You perform the tasks on real hardware and/or software applicable to your Lab. The labs are fully hosted in our cloud. The only thing you need to use our practice labs is a web browser. In the LiveLab environment you will find exercises which you can start immediately. The lab enviromentconsist of complete networks containing for example, clients, servers,etc. This is the ultimate way to gain extensive hands-on experience.

Een zakelijk account aanmaken
