Prove that you understand cloud concepts such as the core of Microsoft 365 services and concepts, security, compliance, privacy in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 prices and support.
In this course you will become acquainted with the basic principles of the cloud and benefits of cloud services.
You also learn more about the Software as a Service (Saas) cloud model with a focus on Microsoft 365 cloud services.
Finally you get started with various forms of support and pricing from Microsoft 365.
Result
After successful completion you are familiar with the basic principles of the cloud with the focus on Microsoft 365.
Note: Chapters 6 and 14 of this training are currently still under development.

General IT knowledge or experience is a plus, but technical IT experience is not required.
