This training is part of the new Cisco CCNA program. This associate-level training concentrates extensively on the solutions and technologies you need to implement and manage a wide range of modern network and IT infrastructures. Themes such as security and automation are part of the training, essential for modern network administrators in the performance of your tasks. In this training you learn how to install, operate, configure and verify a standard IPv4 and IPv6 network. Besides, the configuration of network components such as switches, routers and LAN controllers is discussed. This also includes the management of network devices; and identifying basic security threats. Finally, the training also offers you a basis for network programming, automation, and software-defined networks.

Result

After the successful completion of this training, you will be able to independently manage a Cisco network. With our new CCNA training, you prepare yourself for the 200-301 Cisco® Certified Network Associate (CCNA®) exam. The 200-301 CCNA exam goes live on February 24, 2020.


Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites for CCNA certification, but you should make sure to have a good understanding of the exam topics.

CCNA students generally have:

  • One or more years of experience in the implementation and management of Cisco solutions
  • Basic knowledge of IP addressing
  • A good understanding of network fundamentals
