As a SecOps Engineer, you are responsible for securing and protecting network systems, applications, and data. In this course, you will learn all about secure coding, engineering, IoT security and threat mitigation. You will conclude this course with a final exam, testing all your knowledge and application of the topics presented throughout the course.

You will start by learning the steps for infrastructure hardening of the operating system, including server workstations, routers and devices. Next, you explore software protection by applying secure development and coding practices, the CIA (Confidentiality, integrity, and availability) triangle, and views security operations. IoT is getting more popular and faces different threats. How to mitigate these threats and other common security threats will be discussed to conclude the course.


After completing this course, you have gained lots of knowledge about SecOps engineering and how to apply in practise.


No formal prerequisites, however some prior knowledge of system infrastructure engineering is advisable.
