ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support is designed for people working within IT service management. This course covers the "core" activities in service management. You will be introduced to the integration of different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT supported products and services. In addition, the course will give you an understanding of service quality and various improvement methods.
Included in this course is:
- 1 exam voucher.
- Trial exams.
- 6 months unlimited access.
The course includes 1 exam voucher, the voucher will be sent automatically one month after the start of the course.
This course prepares you for one of the four ITIL® 4 Managing Professional certifications. ITIL® 4 Managing Professional is designed for IT professionals working in technology,- and digital teams.
The four certifications are:
- ITIL® 4 Specialist Create, Deliver and Support.
- ITIL® 4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve.
- ITIL® 4 Specialist High-velocity IT.
- ITIL® 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value.
Passing all four certifications is required to become an ITIL® 4 Managing Professional.
