CompTIA IT Fundamentals ITF+ (Exam: FCO-U61)
This course provides you with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and explain the fundamentals of computing, IT infrastructure, software development and database usage. This course will help you develop a deeper understanding of IT. You will learn the basics of networking and network management, and then dive into operational systems, browsers and software. You will learn about software development and coding. Finally, you will be introduced to databases and security. After this training course and the accompanying practice exam and livelab, you will be optimally prepared to take the CompTia ITF+ (FCO-U61) exam.
ITIL® 4 Foundation
ITIL® is the internationally recognized toolset and frame of reference for setting up management processes within the ICT organization. The toolset is based on best practices. The core of ITIL 4 is the service value system (SVS) and the four dimension model from which each component of the SVS is considered. In this training course, you will be introduced to the ITIL philosophy.
