In this online Six Sigma training you will learn to optimize processes by preventing or eliminating errors in order to deliver perfect services and / or products. This business strategy is being embraced in a competitive market and serves as quality improvement of many processes within an organization.
This training is specifically focused on the Green Belt level. As a Six Sigma Green Belt you work under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt. As a Six Sigma Green Belt you will analyze processes, solve quality problems and you are directly involved in quality improvement processes.
Result
You are familiar with the Six Sigma method at the level of Green Belt. You can optimize processes by eliminating errors and you are constantly focused on quality improvement. This training is also tailored to the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is meant to help you prepare for the exam.

The only thing you need to use our practice labs is a web browser. In the LiveLab environment you will find exercises which you can start immediately. The lab enviromentconsist of complete networks containing for example, clients, servers,etc. This is the ultimate way to gain extensive hands-on experience.
