We take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. If you are not satisfied, please follow the process for raising a formal complaint. By law, a complaint is notified on time if this occurs within two months after discovery. For your best interest, we would like to suggest to file your complaint in writing.
If you submit your complaint, you get a response whitin 14 days. If we need more time we will let you know whitin 14 days when you can expect an answer. For an early settlement, we advise you to submit a complaint via our support system or by sending an email to support@onlineitcourses.com.
