Complaints procedure

We take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. If you are not satisfied, please follow the process for raising a formal complaint. By law, a complaint is notified on time if this occurs within two months after discovery. For your best interest, we would like to suggest to file your complaint in writing.
