With this training, you will become an expert in the field of Microsoft 365. You get started with Microsoft 365 and its implementation in your organization. You will also learn more about managing users and adding applications. With the certification you will take the first step to become a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator.

- Designing and implementing Microsoft 365 services
- Manage users and roles

- Planning Office 365 workloads and applications.

Prerequisites
To pass your exam it is useful to have work experience with at least one Microsoft 365 workload (Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Windows as a Service). You also need to have practical knowledge of networks, server management and IT fundamentals such as DNS, Active Directory and PowerShell.
