Do you want to learn more about Agile development? Then this Live Online Bootcamp is perfect for you! The Bootcamp consists of three sessions in which an expert tells you everything about delivering software in an agile way, the different roles you might need to support an agile team, and some development tools and processes you can use to do it effectively. This Bootcamp examines the various development tools, processes and best practices that you can use within your team for day-to-day delivery, to build expertise and to continuously improve your Agile practices. The Bootcamp examines the most popular Agile frameworks used by teams today, you learn why they work well. You will be introduced to some of the challenges you may face and will even look at some options for scaling up your Agile delivery.
This Live online Bootcamp consists of three sessions, the sessions consist of one part lecture, plus one part interactive Q&A to ask your questions to the expert. You need a Mac or Windows laptop to download course materials and tools for days 2 and 3. The links you need for this will be provided on day 1.
The Bootcamp consists of:

During the three live sessions, the following topics are covered:
- Session 1: introduction to Agile software development, the transition to Agile and the Agile Software Development Team.
- Session 2: Agile Frameworks (team based), Large Scale Frameworks (organization based) and Choosing a Good Framework Fit for your Team
- Session 3: manage scope with Agile Tools and Agile Software Design.

On the starting day of the bootcamp you will receive a link before noon that you can use to follow the bootcamp via your phone or tablet. What if you cannot attend one of the Live Bootcamps? Then you
can watch the replay. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone. You
do not need to have followed a live session to participate in the

To supplement this training course you may add a special practice lab. You perform the tasks on real hardware and/or software applicable to your Lab. The labs are fully hosted in our cloud. The only thing you need to use our practice labs is a web browser. In the LiveLab environment you will find exercises which you can start immediately. The lab enviromentconsist of complete networks containing for example, clients, servers,etc. This is the ultimate way to gain extensive hands-on experience.
